I am very dissatisfied with this company I got a flyer at home and was completely cheated. It asked for a $99.00 installation fee with free equipment but when the sales person came by to the house for the free evaluation the price changed. I should have known right away when I had first called the lady who answered the phone , she was very rude and didn’t have much product knowledge, pushy sales rep and very rude cust service. I called to speak to a supervisor they didn’t even put me on hold properly, I could hear them talking and trying to figure out what to tell me as I’m on the actual line.This was a nightmare!

Our advertised price is $99 installation charge and free equipment. 10 door/window sensors, 1 motion detector/ 1 remote. If additional equipment is needed or requested it will be charged above the $99. That is the only reason why a price would change or differ from the advertised price. There is no bait and switch or scam. We are a respectable security company with honest business methods. Given the chance we could have explained these details
