I would NEVER EVER EVER do business with these people. They called me one hour before they were supposed to pick me up saying they've been "trying to call you for days and have left numerous voicemails" -- never got a missed call, never got a voicemail. They said I needed to drive to the pick-up at LAX because there were bus issues and they would pick us up there. With traffic on a Friday morning that would have taken us 2 hours to get there! Where would we leave a car?! The original pick-up was less then 2 miles from my house! She was so rude and hung up on me... they called from a private number so I couldn't call her back and when I called Blue Groundways of course nobody answered (still never got calls back from them) she called back 20 minutes later only to pretend for 10 seconds that "she can't hear me" then hung up again. I've read nothing but horrific things about them, I only wish I would have done my homework beforehand. Of a hundred reviews I've read either people get left behind or get taken in an SUV -- not ONE person has EVER SEEN this luxury bus they advertise with meals, cocktails, warm towels, movies, and xm radio. It's all a scam and they need to be shut down!
