When I was loosing hope this people came to my help. It took over a year to have the modification done. I always was able to reach my processor and everyone was very kind. I am saving now over 900 in my mortgage and my stress is completely out. It take time, I usually dont write reviews but I dont know where I will be now if it were not for the kindness of this people, Sharon is incredible, Joann just cheer me up every time I was down and yes at moments I was desperate and even scream to her but at the end I saw that all their efforts was worthy. I did not understand why I need to have documents sent all the time but now I know better and they did fight for my rights. I guess no everyone can be happy but without them I wont have a home.
