Recently purchased yet another gun from Airsoft Megastore.Gun broke a mere 13 days past their website warranty. Money is tight but is this what we as consumers are led to expect? Just a too bad, tough luck, if you don't like it don't buy from us again. According to customer representative Tim, his manager Angela doesn't come to work on Fridays, so too bad. Our local stores really stand behind their products. This is a company who I can now see from reading the other reviews refuses to help out even their best customers. I did my best to explain our situation and gave them every opportunity to make it right. Do not ever waste your money or your children's money buying from a store who will not stand behind defective products. Since this is a gun it is probably better to find out now that the company sells defective products before we are lured into doing business with them again.
