Make sure you get "in writing" any payment agreements with Aeroflow. They say one thing, and do another. Example: I was told that what ever amount my insurance would cover would be accepted without out of pocket on my end. One year later, I received a collection letter saying I owe $1,100. The office of Aeroflow would not work with me on disputing the claim, and would only recommend I work with the collection company.
Point 2: my address was wrong on my patient file. I had not received any communications from Aeroflow.
Point 3: I tried to return the equipment, but Aeroflow had moved without notifying me of a new address.
Point 4: I was told after the fact, that I had "purchased" the equipment, but when I received the equipment it was "leased."
I don't recommend doing buisiness with Aeroflow.
