If I could give them less than 1 star, I would. I tried to "purchase" a $9.99 book from this company. They charged my card $129.90 without confirming or authorizing the transaction. I called right away to cancel my order, since I purchased it online, and of course they were not open until a weekday. I called right at the beginning of the week, and they would not cancel my order or give me a refund. They told me if I PAID to ship it back to them once I received it with "tracking #" similar to the other review, then once they could process the return, they would give me a refund. Now, over a 10 days later, no product, no refund. I would seriously NOT recommend ordering from this company. I feel like they do it on purpose, as most people don't have the time to deal with all the run around they give you and probably end up just keeping the product with the charge. Wait times to speak to a representative were VERY long, and all I could hear in the background was them appologizing to other people over the phones. I was shocked that a company trying to "help" people would have business practices such as this.
Also, Remember that if you purchase from them, they sign you up for a monthly membership and will continue to send the items until you call and cancel. Sad, if there product really did what it said it would they would not have to try to scam people like this.
