This shop gets you to sign a second signature line stating that you "authorize" any amount higher than the quoted estimate. I too was reemed for another close to $600 more than the estimated cost. At the time of quote I was told certain things were included like; oil, gaskets, timing belt, etc and when I went to pick up the car got hit for the almost $600 extra. This is a common practice for this shop. When we complained he told us that if the "book" allows for 10/hours on a job and his guy can do it 4/hours...he will charge for the 10/hours even though they were not worked! Not very ethical to say the least. He does cover his own butt by making you sign that second line and he points to it. He's a smooth talking over priced, "bate and switch" shop. The work was sloppy at best since we have had several go backs for things going wrong so far, always costing us more. Go here if you want to pay way more than expected and have money to waste. Go somewhere else if you want a honest guy. This guy will rip you off with a smile. Buyer BEWARE!!! Don't take their word for anything, check it our for yourself. Don't trust their word for anything.
