This guy showed up to check out our furnace and used an IPhone flashlight to check it out. He said there was some code that came up saying that it needed a new gas valve and it would be 500 dollars. I said i wanted another estimate since this guy seemed clueless to me. Then he comes back and says he wants a 75 dollar fee for the IPhone flashlight work that he did. We gave it to him and told him to leave. I would never use these guys for anything. If you are going to charge 75 bucks for the use of an IPhone it should be said up front.
