411 Tax Relief also does business as 411 Web & My City. My review is specific to 411 Web & My City. The services they provide to businesses can be useful. The staff members that I dealt with were all very pleasant and helpful. The follow through was a little lacking when it came to unauthorized charges. If you choose not to take their service or cancel, be sure that you check you credit card statement to ensure no undue monthly charges are made to your account.
