I have read a few complaints posted for this company on this site. My experience was exactly the opposite from what has been reported. I needed help with removal of a levy (which I never responded to the IRS letters) and tax lien. The company was quick and professional. I realized early on that in order for my case to be successful, I had to respond to their request for information quickly. One day, I received a call requesting additional documentation and questions - they called while putting the IRS on hold on the other line. I responded quickly - while they were on the call - and we were able to get the release of my levy. That was quick. I didn't know they were working on my case - in fact, had assumed it was sitting - waiting for handling. So - no I don't agree with the many negative postings. I learned that the company handles over 2,000 cases - so a few negative responses I guess is part of the law of probability. The only feedback I'd give is maybe have the company notify the client that they will conference with the IRS on a certain date/time so we can be present and ready for additional questions...maybe this was done in my case and I deleted the message but in general - I'd give this company top stars.
