I can only say great thing about this company. In the 31 years in the Food Services industry, I have never seen a company more more direct and straight forward. I have lost all trust in companies offering Merchant Services over the years as all of them made promises that they would not keep. We have a company that has 7 highly targeted and successful Restaurants with each location generating over $100,000 per month in Credit Card sales. We have had 1000s of companies come in and tell us that we are paying to much and then offer up the service they are selling as the solution. With 1st American Card Service it was unlike the others as they asked to do research and analysis on exactly what we do and how we do it. Only then they produced a concise report on what can be done. They found real savings of over 30%. Needless to say we were quite happy! The savings was real and continues on to this day, over two years later. After speaking to my direct representative, the same one that took my first call a few days ago, making his welcomed regular call to check on me, I felt compelled to to write a review here. I don't usually write reviews, I guess if you and I don't tell the world how good some companies are, there may be less of them in the future.
