Worst Company EVER!!! Stay AWAY

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! We bought an umbrella from this company and the tube ring was broken. I called the Customer Service dept to get a replacement and they told me to send a copy of the receipt, a picture of the broken part, I did and now they said they can't read the receipt. The Supervisor is suppose to call me back but, no one has. The service they provide is unreal and very, very unprofessional. Can you imagine sending pictures of a broken part that is worth about 25 cents.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are CROOKS!!
I am getting in touch with the BBB ASAP.
Lets put this company out of business
