Be careful here. They advertise teaser rates, which are really good. However, when you are in the loan process something will go wrong, and they will then say that old rate isn't available, but they can get you a loan still through another investor, only catch is, that new investor has a higher rate. Is that a bait and switch? You decide. I can tell you for sure that their communication is terrible in the mornings, and the information they provide is sketchy. They do their level best not to respond via email, so there is no written documentation against them. You will note there are a lot of positive reviews. I'd take them all with a huge grain of salt, as they ask you repeatedly to leave them a positive review and nearly force you to do so when you are in their clutches.
