Of the many Lending institutions I have had experiences with, Trust One Mortgage, by far has been the most efficient and the processing of the FHA streamline loan was done in better than an average timely manner.
Our worst experience ever from a lender was Bank of America and this was one of the reasons for our refi. How ironic the new loan was sold to BOA. Oh well.
