Terrible Follow Up and Customer Service

I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from this company. They espouse great customer service and warranties and it falls flat. Stay away.
I bought a spin bike and it was delivered 2 months ago. The day it was delivered I identified it was damaged and followed all the proper procedures to document and notify them. I sent multiple emails and called in, however, I didn’t get a response until I texted the sales rep (Jay) who sold it to me...that took 2 weeks. They told me this was a priority to get fixed and I was promised resolution time frames by their service department (Owen). Owen was responsive and attentive for a couple days then weeks went by without them following up. I had to follow up multiple times and I’ve had enough. They haven’t been able to schedule a technician to come fix the damage and have had multiple weeks to do so. They haven’t even communicated status on where it stands which is really disappointing. I’m still sitting here with a damaged bike and kicking myself for buying it from this company.
