When I submitted my print/copy job, I submitted two files, one for color print and one for black and white print. Brett recognized that the color file was not correct, and he contacted me. The file I thought I had sent was not the one I actually sent. I quickly recognized my error, and sent the correct file. In two days, I had the quality printed job, thanks to Brett's competence. If I have any more print/copy jobs, I won't hesitate using SpinnPrint again.
