Do not Go with Rhino relocation

Do not go with this relocation company. I repeat . Owner and company who dont take accountability.Such a shame. Business with no values.
Anybody who ask me for relocation suggestion the first thing I’m going to say is do not go with RHINO Relocation.
You lost my TV. You guys said you would start a claim, one week later you found my TV I patiently waited for my tv . When I finally receive it after weeks. I opened my box only to find it wrapped around with moving blanket that did not belong to me and shattered Tv screen. Well, that certainly means someone opened the box wrapped it or I don’t know broke it and wrapped it. I was still patient, i talked to the owner and sincerely thought she would help me out. she asked us to file a claim.
We filed claim
end of September,been patient all these months and today 2-20-21 they email us saying our claim was denied because the box was packed by the owner.
Are you kidding me? Liars you guys opened my box wrapped my tv with blankets I don’t know may be after dropping it or something and you loose it and all of a sudden you find it again and it’s shattered . So
Much lie for a TV claim.
You guys are Dishonest , irresponsible Business with no values and ethics.
