Paypal Refuses to grant appeal against a fraudulent company who scammed a very large sum.
|
On August 24 of 2017 Paypal ruled in favor of a fraudulent business who scammed me out of $600 USD, when asked abut their reasons they told me that even though the service wansn't provided properly and as advertised they cannont help me because the customer protection doesn't cover "expectations that the customer may have". They refused that i provide further proof, not even a supervisor will open an appeal in case number PP-006-049-448-378, and also wont let me file a dispute on transaction 10A40545645377236. Making it a total of $600 in stolen money from me. They support the fraudulent company Duriva, based in Mexico, saying that they have undeniable proofs that the services were provided, they tell me to go ask Duriva to get my money back, which of course they refused, and blocked me out of their known contact media. In the end Paypal has decided to side with SCAMMERS, that couldn't even provide proofs like receipts or signatures belonging to my person.
