To anyone looking to incorporate. I highly recommend the company, MyLLC.com!
I do not like doing paperwork and I have little patience for the runaround on the phone.
MyLLC made incorporating easy...I filled out my order form online with the help of Greg Monterrosa (who I was actually able to speak with on the phone).
I have incorporated businesses with other companies before and it has been expensive and taken a long time.
The rates at MyllC are very reasonable and what normally takes a few months took a few weeks.
I highly recommend MyLLC for their knowledge, rates, and personalized service!!!!
