Melrose Moving was awesome for me and our move. We moved from a town home with many stairs and packed our own stuff the best we could (very unprofessionally I may add!). We had to move out into storage with Melrose. We couldn't close on our new home when we thought and were delayed as to when we could move in. Melrsoe happily accomadated us in soring our belongings longer and moving our move-in date. They were very careful and worked very hard and fast on 2 very rainy days. I dealt with Slava and Dmitry the most (who were great) and the crews were awesome (cant remember all the names). I liked that they were always on time and communicated well. When the other bidders (some flaked) were late, told me what they wouldn't move, (like big screen, drum sets) Melrose was enthusiastic to do the job and would do the entire job. I liked dealing with Melrose, their bid was competitive. I was won over by the excellent city search reviews and the can do attitude, plus they gave me good vibes, not like some of the weirdo moving bidders I spoke with. There is a lot of trust involved with someone handling/moving all of your valuables and possessions :) I was impressed that they wanted to beat the bid in terms of time/cost and was happy to deal with a local, family business. I would recommend them and was pleased with our move.
