I just can't say enough about the Stone Oak location ... everyone has been so friendly and helpful, and very motivating! I love the classes and the workouts ... and the ENERGY! This was just the spark I needed to be more consistent on my fitness journey, and the online interaction with trainers and other members is fun and helps keep you accountable. I really look forward to my classes.
