Unfortunately I placed an order for on of the SCS Health Products items and immediately returned it for a refund. That was last October 2009. I have called the company several time and they keep telling me that the refund has been processed, however I have checked with my bank and it has never been refunded. The amount is $86.42, not a huge amount. However, after reading the many complaints filed on this company, I think it is time to do something about the way they are doing business.
I am planning on contacting the Justice Department and I think everyone else should do the same. Is there nothing that the BBB can do since there are many complaints.
