My wife and I completed our HUD required Reverse Mortgage counseling session with Mr. Bill Messerschmidt this morning. We both thought that Mr. Messerschmidt was very informative and professional during the session. He made sure we were aware of the requirements and what alternatives were available to us. We appreciate Mr. Messerschmidt's time and effort.
