I started looking for a tax resolution provider to assist with some IRS issues and I found Community Tax on 4/15/14. I called and spoke to Megan at Community Tax and, she e-mailed me the contract for services agreement, then I did some research on this
company, and after reviewing their ratings, I emailed Megan back informing her that due to their C rating, I would not be considering them as my provider at this time, she was very polite and said thank you. A couple hours later I received an e-mail from the
owner of Community Tax, Jacob Dayan letting me know that he respects my decision in this matter, but would like the opportunity to speak to me, and he provided his direct line. Due to the fact that he personally contacted me and took an interest in his company
I felt that he deserved that. I called him and had a long conversation. He explained how the process with negotiations with the IRS went on and explained a little on how companies are rated and explained some of the issues with the complaints which was very
helpful. I was very apprehensive on dealing with the IRS and I explained to him that I live pay check to pay check and if IRS was to keep just even one I would be in the streets! He told me that as long as I provided all the requested information needed to
them with in the time frame required, and that if I received any letters in the mail to forward it to them (in case it wasn’t sent to them as well) that I would be ok, so after getting a complete understanding on the process and because of him taking a personal
interest in my case and his company I decided to use them after all and I am so happy that I did. One time I did receive certified letters and just as he said forwarded it to them and they addressed it and I haven’t received anything else since. He has e-mailed
me several times over the last couple of months just to follow up with me, and to make sure I wasn’t having any concerns and to make sure I wasn't having any unnecessary stress, and to calm me down if I did!..lol They set up a payment plan for me which I found
to be easy on my pocket book and they understand the stress you are under when dealing with the government, and understand if you have no cash to pay the IRS then you don’t have a lot to pay them either. I understand that MONEY makes the world go round and
if you own a company, and weren’t in it for the money then you wouldn’t own a business, but I can honestly say that Mr. Dayan is also in it for his clients as well, he has went out of his way to help me with understanding, and compassion to my situation. If
anyone out there is in need of help I would strongly recommend this company. Don’t believe everything you read, and I know YOU can’t be any more scared of making the right decision, than I was!! It is now September 29, 2014 I started out with the IRS on my
own over 1 ½ years ago paying them 300.00 a month which was financially putting me in a hole, I hated getting up in the mornings to go to work just to be broke and still not able to pay my bills! I just received an approval for the payment arrangements that
Community Tax made on my behalf, informing me my payments are now only 50.00 per month I can breathe again, at the completion of my arrangement with the IRS, Community Tax will have saved me almost 10,000.00 dollars If you’re scared feel free to call me I'm
