Do not do business with this company. If you do, it will be a nightmare for you. Their customer service sucks. And it is impossible to reach anyone here. Christina Cosmetics uses shady practices... They are impossible to reach... They have no email address. They hide behind a P.O. Box. There is no contact link on their website... Isn't that strange? ANd they have no voice mail... If you call, you will be put on hold. And if you speak with anyone, they will tell you that you will have to wait for a refund for 14 weeks or longer.... How can this company get away with these shady practices???? I sent their make up back because I did not like it.... It's terrible... I can not believe this company is still in business. They are still ripping people off.... Before I bought this product, I should have look on the net. I would have found that this company has many many complaints.... Christina Cosmetics, You Suck!!!

Dear Selena, We've attempted to research what may have transpired with your order. However, we have multiple customers by the name of Selena. We do not have a Selena with a last name that begins with a “C”. In going through every account we cannot find a customer named Selena who has ever returned their order or with a transaction date close to the date of your complaint. We apologize for any misunderstanding that may have occurred while talking with a customer service representative regarding our refund policy. However, the accusations in your post, due to a possible misunderstanding, are not a true depiction of our business operations at Christina Cosmetics: Customer Service representatives are trained to ask customers to allow one to two billing cycles to see a refund on your statement. The reason for this is if we refund your account the day after your current credit card statement closes the credit will not show until the following statement. It does not take fourteen weeks to get a refund and no representative is allowed to make that kind of statement. We are in the business of making women look and feel beautiful and have thousands of happy customers who have been with us for years. If, for any reason, a customer is not satisfied we do honor our money back guarantee in a timely manner. Our customer service lines, like most companies, can be very busy at times; especially on Monday’s and Tuesday’s. Our toll free number is posted and easily accessible on the ChristinaCosmetics.com website, in email order confirmations, on every packing slip, and on the back of every compact. And, our shipping department receives every item sent to our PO Box address. If you need further resolution please call customer service at 800.543.7207.
