Worst dealership- do not buy from them

I bought a 2008 jeep commander from this dealer. The saleman was very nice at the time but as soon as the deal was done everythings changed. the car came with navigation and flipdown 7"screen which did not. They promised me that they would fix it but when i went back to the store they claimed that they didn't say that and they would do me a favor and check it out form me. Screen and navigation still not working. They never gave me the navigation disc that they promised. Pepe was rude and disrespecful and basically said that when you buy a use car i can't expect them to no be nice to me after they make the sale. It's been 2 months and i haven't gotten a tag yet. They were supposed to detailed the car the next day after i purchased it. My wife went there at 9 am and stayed all day and they never touched the car. The car shuts off when it feels like. These people are not good people. They think that they are doing you a favor by letting you buy their cars. Please stay away from them
