Great service and very professional

I was referred to a mortgage broker Sal by a good friend. From the first call to the very end, I cannot say how exceptional Sal's level of customer service has been. Sal is willing to go out of his way to meet customer needs, demands, and even deal with the frustrations during the process. I spoke with Sal more than my actual realtor! I recently bought a new construction property in Los Angeles county. Sal preapproved my wife and I without any hassle, he told me what documents were needed and processed them in a timely manner. He is extremely knowledgeable, I asked him countless questions about various scenarios and he was able to help answer or get an answer every time. Sal is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, timely, and on top of things! Once we got preapproved we found the property we wanted to buy. As soon as we opened escrow Sal was on top of things. He quickly requested the additional documents needed to meet loan approval conditions. Heidi (the loan processor) quickly got on the file and pushed it to the lender. She is just as exceptional as Sal. Both have solid experience in the industry. After my loan approval came through Sal remained proactive and provided me with final conditions. Once the final conditions were met the lender started to work on the closing documents. Sal ensured to stay in contact with the lender to avoid any delays. The seller also caused a great deal of pressure on Sal to get the closing documents as soon as possible. Sal handled this in a professional way and was able to keep communication active between all parties involved. Overall, if I need another loan I am not going anywhere else. If you need a loan don't look anywhere else either, Sal is your man! Lastly, the company first choice lending is more than exceptional. They are flexible, they work with you on any scenario, the whole team is superb. I cannot say enough about them. I will be referring anyone I know to Sal and First Choice Lending.
