This company Ripped my elderly mother off for $3,750.00 and promised refund that never came. Is there help out there for Her? BBS tried to talk to them, but runaround is all that became of it.
She tried to confide in them for a loan mod help. They got her for the stated amount, then "lost her paperwork" She lost her home of 30 years! They said "give us a month for refund". She could not afford a new home or anything on s.s.i. to this day no refund! No contact from them.

Contact the mayor of the Diamond Bar California, The Gov. of California and Attorney General. Also the Dept of licensing in California. And the Attorney general in the state where you live. DONT let these scam artists get away with ripping off your Mom. FIGHT TO GET HER MONEY BACK. Also contact your local Television stations tell them what happened. Please fight this injustice.

Let me if I can be of any help. I can look up the addresses of the gov. depts to contact and file complaints with. I was ripped off by National Relief Group in Irvine California for $3000. So I know how your mom feels. I am so sorry this happened to her.
