Why a BBB rating of NR
|
7/23/2010 12:59 PM (PST)
I am wondering why the BBB rating on this company has been set to NR. Does this mean there are problems with the company and the future of it might be shaky?
I am a current hosting customer with them and would like to find out.
Thank you.

Hi Sarkis,
A rating of NR doesn't necessarily indicate that a company is in bad standing, it just means that the Bureau is updating their file and it is just temporary. In this case, the report has been taken off update and they currently show a B- rating with LA BBB, which you can see by clicking on View BBB Report above. They also have TrustLink reviews, which you can access by clicking on "View Reviews" above.

Thanks Erin. That's good to know. Even though going from an A+ to A- and now B+ is not the right direction, but at least I know that they are not in any sort of financial trouble... One never knows these days.
Thanks again.
