Follow your bank's procedures for disputing unauthorized electronic funds transfers. Perhaps say that you are concerned about being a victim of identity theft (do this in writing) - this should get the bank's attention. I would also close the account if you have not already done so.

In the future, never give access to anyone, not even your grandmother, for automatic debit from your bank account or credit card, in my opinion. I know that some legitimate businesses will make you think you have to do this, but pay for these ongoing "future services" with a lump sum payment by check if possible.

The company has an F rating with the BBB in West Palm Beach, and it seems they have a pattern of complaints alleging deceptive sales practices. I would suggest that you call your bank directly and notify them and see what they advise you to do.
