See California Sb2925. If you are working on behalf of a homeowner whose residence is in the State of California, you must register with the Attorney General as a "foreclosure consultant" with "attorneys" being exempt from such registration. This office works only with Attorneys (business-to-business) and our Attorneys advise students in our nationally recognized "Mortgage Securitization Auditor" Training class of the same.
