This company made the bold claim that they will go the "Extra Mile" for me. Well I was very unsure if this was just some marketing mumbo-jumbo. Well I am here to say that it was not just some claim. This company went out of the way to help me understand how a merchant account really works and why there were so many issues we have had with other companies. We have accepted credit cards for almost 12 years and always were at odds with the company we selected, after much research. 1st American quoted a rate that was far lower then any rate I had seen and they offered to explain why. Well I something told me this was a company to give a try and I did. Here I am just about a year later and they continue to deliver on all of the promises and then some. The "extra mile" they did for me was to save me from a disaster one day my credit card machine failed. It was the last 2 weeks before Christmas and I was having the biggest Sale event for our store and the machine I purchased many years ago stopped working. I called my salesperson, no call centers with them! She got me a new terminal to get me through in 1 hour! I was surprised and very happy! It was not even a machine they sold me that they replaced for me! Such a good company, we are very fortunate to have found them here at the BBB!
