FBK AND SEPTIC SAVIOR ONE AND THE SAME
John Thau owns septic savior he calls him self ralph in the sun setinal. I ve seen him with the fbk guy Gary kranze several times. small town. one only needs to look up complaints about septic savior and FBK to know its reputation. I get calls all the
time about new products and ask them to take me off their list they never do. Look up Gary Kranze and sports. he has been in trouble before here is about FBK A Palm Beach County company that sold septic treatment products nationwide pleaded guilty Wednesday
to conspiracy to commit fraud after federal authorities alleged the firm's telemarketers lied to prospective customers, particularly senior citizens. FBK Products, with offices in Boca Raton and West Palm Beach, and its three owners took plea deals related
to the marketing of Septic Remedy, soluble packets flushed down toilets to maintain septic tanks. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency began investigating FBK Products more than a year ago because its telemarketers made false claims that Septic Remedy
was approved by the EPA. Federal prosecutors have alleged FBK employees used high-pressure sales tactics on senior citizens to get them to buy as much as 70 years' worth of the product. Telemarketers would claim that the government had mandated changes to
the composition of toilet paper and without the latest batch of Septic Remedy, the new toilet paper would cause septic tank problems. Court records show that FBK Products telemarketers would specifically target people who were on the company's "idiot list"
— customers known to be particularly easy to persuade to buy additional batches of Septic Remedy. Even before the EPA launched its investigation, FBK Products had been on the radar of consumer watchdogs. The company paid a total of $65,000 in fines in Missouri
and Pennsylvania after being accused of calling people on Do Not Call lists in those states. It had an F rating with the Better Business Bureau, while the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services received more than 70 complaints involving the
company dating back to 2008. Some upset senior citizens told state authorities about constant, harassing phone calls or said they were shipped boxes of Septic Remedy they didn't want. A Nevada woman said she came home one day to find a 40-year supply of Septic
Remedy on her front porch with the company already having charged $1,283 to her credit card, state records show. FBK Products could be on the hook for a fine up to $500,000 at a Feb. 8 hearing before U.S. District Judge Kenneth Ryskamp. One of the company's
owners, Gary Kranz, signed off on the plea deal. Kranz and co-owner Marc Rona separately pleaded guilty Wednesday to conspiracy to commit fraud, while Gary Kranz's brother, Steven Kranz, pleaded guilty to failing to report a felony. Gary Kranz and Rona could
face up to five years in prison, while Steven Kranz faces no more than three years behind bars. They also will be sentenced Feb. 8 at the West Palm Beach federal courthouse. The criminal cases against FBK Products and its three owners came after six of the
company's telemarketers and three managers were convicted of either fraud charges or lying to federal investigators. None of them received prison time. Gary Kranz, 48, and Rona, 43, admitted they became aware that FBK Products telemarketers were using misleading
marketing tactics and they didn't stop it. Steven Kranz, 50, acknowledged he failed to report the company's false telemarketing claims to authorities. Marc Nurik, the attorney for FBK Products and Gary Kranz, declined to comment on the case, saying only that
the company was no longer selling Septic Remedy. ANYWAYS STAY A WAY THE GUY WHO OWNS SEPIC WORKED YEARS FOR FBK
