I want to warn anyone who is thinking of switching to this company from another merchant. 1st American made a lot of promises to our company and was not able to make good on a single one of them. The process of switching our business over to this company took about 2 months and was never completed entirely because the sales rep did not fill out paperwork properly and did not take the time to find out what was necessary to make the switch successful. Every time I tried to call to see what was taking so long, or what the problem was, I was told I would get a call back but never did. We were never able to get our all of our terminals switched over, but when we received our first bill for only a partial month it was over $300 more than our previous merchants. Needless to say, we switched back to our original merchant services and tried to cut our losses. The total loss to our company for this endeavor is well over $1000. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!
