Recently ordered flowers and "It's a Boy Balloon" when my grandson was born on Dec 29th. Flowers were delivered without the balloon on Dec 30th. I immediately sent an email letting them know and never got a response. When I sent the email I received an email response stating they received my email and that it was important not to send another email. Ten days passed and I never heard back. I called them finally and they denied ever receiving my email. They made me wait while they called the delivery florist because the customer service rep said they needed to make sure they could got reimbursed before they reimbursed me! That's shoddy customer service any way you look at it!!
